2026 Kingston Business Awards

Video Production & Photographic Coverage

The Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce (GKCC) invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals to provide video production and photographic coverage for the 2026 Kingston Business Awards, one of the Chamber’s signature annual events.

This opportunity includes the production of nominee and winner videos, professional event photography, and a social-media recap video that will showcase excellence across Kingston’s business community.

About the 2026 Kingston Business Awards

The Kingston Business Awards celebrate innovation, leadership, and success among local businesses and organizations. The 2026 Awards Gala will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the Isabel Bader Theatre.

The selected supplier will play a key role in capturing and elevating the stories, people, and moments that make this event special.

RFP Release: December 2025
Deadline for Questions: Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (ET)
Proposal Submission Deadline: Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (ET)
Event Date: Thursday, May 21, 2026

Late submissions will not be considered.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this RFP, suppliers must meet the following requirements:

Be a member in good standing of the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce for 2026
- Suppliers who are not currently members must join prior to contract signing
Be able to provide a Kingston-based studio for nominee and winner video recordings
Demonstrate the ability to deliver professional 4K video production and event photography
Agree to sign GKCC’s Code of Conduct

Responses to substantive questions will be shared with all proponents through an addendum.
