Twenty outstanding women nominated for inaugural Pinnacle Award
The Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize 20 outstanding women from across Kingston’s business community who have been nominated for the inaugural Pinnacle Award, with the award recipient to be announced at Celebrating Women in Business on September 17, 2026.
The Pinnacle Award recognizes an exceptional woman whose leadership, business achievements, community involvement, mentorship, and commitment to creating inclusive environments have made a meaningful impact on the Greater Kingston region.
The 20 nominees represent an impressive cross-section of women who are leading businesses, strengthening organizations, supporting others and contributing to the economic and community vitality of Greater Kingston.

The nominees will be evaluated based on three areas: Leadership and Business Excellence, Community Impact and Mentorship, and Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The recipient of the inaugural Pinnacle Award will be announced during Celebrating Women in Business.
Taking place on September 17, 2026, Celebrating Women in Business will bring together business leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, community members, friends, families, and supporters for an evening dedicated to recognizing achievement and celebrating the impact of women across Kingston’s business community.
The event will feature keynote speaker Shari Hughson, an entrepreneur, innovator, educator, and professional speaker with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership.
