    The package, part of the Ontario Open for Business Action Plan, includes actions that would give businesses more flexibility to create jobs right here at home. It would also take major steps to make it easier for businesses to locate or expand in Ontario, and to protect industrial lands.

  • State of the City Address - Breakfast Seminar - January 15th, 2019

    We will hear from Mayor Bryan Paterson, MP Mark Gerretsen and  MPP Ian Arthur, as they look down Kingston's economic highway and how they see their levels of government contributing to the development of the city. Event will take place in the Delta Hotel by Marriott Kingston Waterfront.

    Thursday January 24th - The Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce and Wilkinson & Co. LLP present an informative seminar on Cannabis in the Workplace.

    A look at the impact of cannabis in the workplace from a Human Resource perspective. Learn how businesses can address issues related to the newly legalized cannabis and related products. Identify best practices and create an action plan to ease the challenges for owners and managers.
